The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking proper investigation for offences punishable under sections 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(4), 3(5), 3 (8) and 3 (9) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered with the Valiv police station, Taluka Vasai, District Thane (Palghar) at the instance of the petitioner. 1/2

Mr.Yagnik, learned APP for the State pointed out that based upon the outcome of investigation, 'B' summary report has been filed in the matter. In view of this, the petitioner has a remedy to file an application before the concerned Court or adopt any other alternate remedy available under the law.
