This is an application for permission to renew the passport of the applicant.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2. Perused the record. 3.

The record indicates that, on earlier occasion, this Court had permitted the applicant to make an application for renewal of the passport and accordingly, the passport of the applicant is being renewed periodically.
