Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondent - State and the learned counsel for the intervener.

The learned counsel for the applicants seeks by way of indulgence one last chance to deposit the balance amount of Rs.10,30,000/- within two weeks from today. This Court was
ABA 420-15.odt not inclined on merits to entertain this application. However, only in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants on the instructions of the applicants that she is ready to deposit the said amount, that interim protection was granted. The said amount to be deposited in the registry of this Court. The interim protection granted shall continue for a period of two weeks from today. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he will not pursue this application on merits. If the said amount is not deposited within two weeks from today, the said application shall stand dismissed, without further reference to the Court and the interim protection shall stand vacated.

The application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
