On 24th July, 2020, the applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 647 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10 and 12 of POCSO Act and is charge-sheeted.

Considering the nature of allegations, the evidence available on record, maximum punishment provided, which is not more than six

O R D E R

(i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 647 of 2020, registered with Charkop Police Station, for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10 and 12 of POCSO Act, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. 3.
