The Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the Respondent No.1 (now deceased) has committed willful contempt of the orders passed by this Court. Admittedly, Respondent No.1 has passed away. In view thereof, the Contempt Petition will not survive against the heirs of Respondent No.1. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the Contempt Petition on the ground that the same has become infructous. The Contempt Petition is disposed of as withdrawn as having become infructous.
