The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order of suspension or the departmental inquiry/ disciplinary proceedings. In the matters of suspension, this Court is reluctant to interfere simply because the petitioner has sufficient remedies in law to question merits of the charges in the proposed inquiry. If it is pending prosecution even then there are adequate remedies in law. For the present, we do not find that suspension is vitiated by any malafides or an error of law apparent on the face of
