In this Petition, order dated 20th February, 2017 passed by learned Judge, City Civil Court, Greater Bombay in Notice of Motion No. 2832 of 2014 in S. C. Suit No. 2194 of 2014, is challenged. Mr. Bharat Mehta, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents i.e. original Defendants states that said S.C. Suit No. 2194 of 2014 is withdrawn by the Petitioner i.e. original Plaintiff on 4th July, 2017 and, therefore, nothing survives in the present Petition. In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
