Mr. Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner, on oral instructions received by him, prayed for withdrawal of the petition. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of, as such.

It seems that the petition was filed in this Court on 15th March, 2021 and subsequently, the instructions for withdrawal are received by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1-National Intelligence Agency submits that as it is the wish and desire of the petitioner to withdraw the petition, he cannot oppose the withdrawal of the petition sought for by the petitioner but, for the record purpose, learned counsel for the petitioner be directed to serve a copy of the petition in the office of respondent No.1. This being a formal request and no prejudice would be caused to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the petition in the office of respondent No.1 within one week from today and obtain a receipt of service thereof and place the copy of the service report on record of the petition.
