Our attention has been invited to judgment dated 1st February, 2019, passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.1414 of 2018.

Learned APP submits that case of present petitioner will be required to be reconsidered as per this

rpa 1/2 17-wp-1212-19.doc judgment. According to him, the opinion of Court convicting present petitioner is solicited and after its receipt, further decision will be taken.

In view of this statement, we find that the request of petitioner is being processed in accordance with law. We, therefore, direct Authorities to complete that exercise within a period of two months from today and accordingly dispose of the present petition.
