Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation in regard to their claims for grant of appropriate pay scale on completion of three years of service as untrained Shikshan Sevaks and to release the difference in salary between honorarium paid to them and the scale of pay applicable to untrained primary teachers on completion of three years of service as untrained Shikshan Sevaks. Keeping in view of the aforesaid
15-wp-5099.2014.sxw limited prayer, this petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before respondent no. 3. On submission of such representation, respondent no. 3 shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on the same as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
