Further to our order dated 24th August 2023 an additional

2/3 affidavit is filed by Mr. Sudhakar Revansiddha Magade affirmed on 30th August 2023. In the said affidavit it is stated that panchanama has not been signed by the two panchas. Therefore, panchanama cannot be accepted. Therefore, any order or demand raised relying on the said panchanama also cannot survive.

Petition therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause - (b) which reads as under :

b. This Hon'ble Court by issuing appropriate Writ, order or direction be pleased to quash and set aside the Notice dated 07.03.2022 arising from Order dated 17.07.2020, Notice dated 17.02.2020 and Order dated 18.07.2019;

The Collector, Sangli shall issue a show cause memo to Mr.Prashant Pisal who was the then Upper Tehsildar, Sankh, Taluaka Jat, District Sangli calling upon him to explain why the signatures were not obtained and also take action in accordance with law. 4.

Petition disposed.
