Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the contents of the application.

For the reasons stated in paragraph No.2 of the Civil application, the time to recommend the name of the fifth nominated councilor is extended till 31 October 2014 as on that date the Commissioner has recommended the name of the fifth nominated councilor. Civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
