Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that Petitioner by filing present Petition prayed for quashment of the report pursuant to an order passed by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure as well the proceedings arising out of the said order. The Counsel then submits that recently it is informed to her by the Petitioner that Respondent No. 2 - Society on whose instance an order was passed by learned Magistrate, filed an application for withdrawal of the complaint and an order was passed by learned Magistrate on 17.09.2021 Umesh Malani
5.WP.1220.2018.doc allowing the application for withdrawal of the complaint. The copy of the said order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the said fact, the Counsel for Petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the Petition and accordingly, prayed for withdrawal of the Petition.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
