Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file discharge application before the trial Court. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.

In the event, such an application is made within four weeks from today, trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six months of its filing.
