This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No. 5622 of 2014 on the ground that applicant is senior citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the applicant is senior citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Hearing of Writ Petition No. 5622 of Sneha Chavan 1/2
