The allegation against the Applicant is that she along with other accused persons having infringed the Trademark of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited. The complainant Company has already filed a Commercial Suit (L) No. 137 of 2017 and an injunction has been granted against the Applicant and other accused persons from using the said Trademark. The investigation of the present crime is based solely on documents and in view of this Court the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 18.04.2017 is hereby confirmed.
