Nos. 2160/SS/2013 and 2161/SS/2013 pending on the file of 58th Metropolitan Magistrate, Court, Bandra, Mumbai would be deleted from the array of accused persons in C.C. Nos 2160/SS/2013 and 2161/SS/2013. The said statement is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.
