By this writ petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner/original defendant is challenging the order dated 1.3.2014 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kadegaon below Exhibit 32 in Regular Civil Suit No.177 of 2012 allowing the respondents/original plaintiff's amendment application. 3.

A bare reading of the order dated 1.3.2014 shows that the respondent/plaintiff wanted to carry out technical amendment in the plaint. Considering these facts, and as it is an interlocutory order, I do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition. Same issue can be
