P.C.:- This is a consecutive Application for bail. The earlier Bail Application No.2368 of 2018 preferred by the Applicant was rejected by this Court by a speaking Order dated 22nd March, 2019. 2) After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of MCOC Special Case No.21 of 2017 pending on the file of learned Special Judge (MCOC), Thane does not commence within a period of 6 months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is disposed off with aforesaid liberty. 1/2

In view thereof, learned Special Judge, Thane seized of MCOC Case No.21 of 2017 is directed to expedite the hearing of the said trial and to make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of present Order. 4) It is needless to mention that, the trial Court will not get influenced with the observations made by this Court in the present Order so also earlier Order dated 22nd March, 2019 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.2368 of 2018, at the time of conducting trial.
