Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel Mr. Deo for respondent nos. 12 and 13­ original defendants nos. 12 and 13 submits that the plaintiffs in the Trial Court taking time on one and other grounds. Hence, extension may be granted with directions to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible. In the present proceeding, this court on 17.01.2013 directed Trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible by the end of 31.08.2013. Considering this fact, six months time is extended from today to dispose of the matter as early as Sneha Chavan 1/2
