Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging the order passed by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Thane (M.C.O.C. Act) rejecting the application below Exhibit 177 in Special Case No. 10 of 2012 along with 6 of 2013. The delay is of 46 days. 2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph 5 of the application, the delay of 46 days in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. 3) Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4) Application stands disposed of.
