The petitioner and his advocate are absent. The writ petition is filed on 18th March 2014. After the petition was moved on 21st March 2014 and an ad-interim order has been passed in terms of prayer clause (b), till date, the petitioner has not moved and sought any relief, particularly in the nature of a direction to the Scrutiny Committee to dispose off the claim.
