2] Heard learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 and learned APP. Vide Judgment dated 08/11/2016, Sessions Court convicted respondent no. 1, however, ordered to be released on 1/2

16.69.19 alp.doc probation. With the assistance, I have perused the Judgment. It can be inferred from the record that the view expressed by the Sessions Court is a possible view.

3] In that view of the matter, no case for bail is made out for reappreciation of evidence. Leave as such stands refused. Application stands disposed of.

4] Copy of the order be sent to Legal Aid Services Authority who is requested to pay admissible professional fees to Ms. Divya Bamne for rendering the assistance in the matter.
