This is an application for staying effect, implementation and execution of the Judgment and Award dated 17th September, 2019 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T, Thane in M.A.C.P No.697 of 2016.

In view of the statement made, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a).
