Learned A.P.P., on instructions from P.S.I. Mr.Prakash Sonawane attached to Pant Nagar Police Station, Ghatkopar submitted that, the second postmortem on the dead body of Ankush @ Sidhnath Anand Pandey has been conducted in pursuance of Order dated 7th October 2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 4891 of 2019. She submitted that, she will supply a compilation of second Postmortem Report, viscera report and other medical documents received from the concerned hospital to the learned Advocate for Petitioner during the course of the day and in any event on or before 1st March 2023. 2.

In view of above, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
