Grievance of the Petitioner is that the application filed by the Petitioner under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) is pending. We have dealt with this issue in a group of writ petitions bearing A.S.Writ Petition No.939 of 2023 and on 17 March 2023 a detailed order is passed which applies even to the case of the Petitioner. Therefore, no separate order is necessary. 2.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
