Heard the learned counsel Mr.C.K. Talekar for the petitioner and the learned APP.

The petition is filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of complaint of the petitioner dated 09/11/2016 and 17/12/2016.

The learned APP Mr.Saste, having instructions from the Investigating Officer makes a statement that on the basis of said Nesarikar

2 / 2 12-WP-1156-17.odt complaint of the petitioner, FIR bearing C.R. No.145/17 is registered with Kurar Police Station, at Mumbai for the offences punishable u/s 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He also makes a statement that the investigation in the said offence will be carried out and appropriate report would be filed expeditiously. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, we find that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, does not survive.
