Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The petitioners pray for the following substantial reliefs:- "(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call files and records regarding tenders process conducted by Pune Municipal Corporation for Respondent No.3 for the year 201617; (c) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 and No.3 to pay balance 10% payment along with earnest money deposit, two security deposits together

An affidavit in reply is filed by the Corporation of Mr.Shivaji Daundkar, Education Officer, Pune Municipal School Board. 3.

We have perused the communication "Exhibit 1" dated 8th June,2018 annexed to the reply (page 55) addressed by the Administrative Officer, School Board (Primary), Pune Municipal Corporation and more particularly last three paragraphs at page 58, and the order passed by the Commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation dated 11th June,2018 (page 59). The learned Counsel for the Corporation submits that as per the said communication dated 8th June,2018 and the order passed by the Commissioner dated 11th June,2018 (page 59), the amount would be disbursed to the petitioners. 4.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the said communication, the petitioners would accept the amount towards full and final settlement of the claim of the petitioners.

In view of the above submission, the amount be disbursed at the earliest.

In case the petitioners have any other claim in respect of any other tender, he is free to submit appropriate representation. 7.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
