Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 30.07.2013 passed by the Labour Court, Sangli in Complaint (ULP) No. 16 of 2012 by which the Labour Court directed petitioner to reinstate the respondent to the same post with continuity of service. The said order was challenged by the petitioner by preferring Revision (ULP) No. 49 of 2013 before the Industrial Court, Sangli. The Industrial Court by judgment dated 21.01.2016 dismissed the Revision. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner complied the order dated Sneha Chavan 1/2

21 wp 4399-16=.doc 30.07.2013 passed by the Labour Court by issuing Letter of Appointment dated 12.08.2013. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He submits that pursuant to the letter dated 12.08.2013, the Respondent is in service for last more than four years.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and letter of appointment dated 12.08.2013 by which the petitioner complied the order dated 30.07.2013 passed by the Labour Court, nothing is survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, same stands dismissed as infructuous.
