This is an application seeking modification of the Order. By an order dated 26th October, 2016 the applicant was granted liberty to travel Ain EL Sokhna, Egypt, Dubai, London, Australia and Dubai and return to India on 17th March, 2017.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the nature of the work of the applicant is such that he has to attend to the premises Talwalkar 1/2

924.appln146.17.sxw of the company in many country. He is a CEO and he is working with DP World. That by virtue of being CEO, he is required to travel at short notice.

Taking into consideration the contention raised in the application and the submissions advanced across the bar, time to return India is extended up to 25/4/2017.

The application is allowed in the above terms and stands disposed of accordingly.
