The Criminal Revision Application has been filed through power of attorney Mr. Debasis Dey. Accused Deo Kumar Saraf was convicted for an offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. He had preferred an appeal before the Sessions Court which has been dismissed. In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this Application with liberty to challenge the impugned orders by preferring Criminal Revision Application at the instance of accused Deo Kumar Saraf.
