Heard Ms. Vaishnavi Gujarathi, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant.

This Interim Application is taken out for condonation of delay of 70 days in fling the Application as well as seeking setting aside the order dated 28th November, 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

This matter was on board yesterday. However, none appeared for the Respondents although, appearance of Mr. Bharat L. Jain was shown on the board.

Ms. Vaishnavi Gujarathi states that, advocate Jain has been served in the matter. As none appeared yesterday, the matter has been kept today to give one more opportunity to the Respondents. Today also none appears.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

Issue fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 2a and 2b returnable on 16th June, 2023.

In addition to the court notice, Applicant to serve the Respondent by private notice and fle affdavit of service before the returnable date.

Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
