He started searching in the petition, where they have made statement about the demolition of the suit structure on 15.03.2007 by the Respondent. Considering this fact, matter is adjourned by one week on payment of costs of Rs.5000/-. Cost to be paid to the Respondents or their Advocate on or before next date, failing which the Contempt Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
