Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the report submitted by the Senior P.I. of Dindoshi Police Station. The applicant herein is an accused in Sessions Case No. 61 of 2014. Charge is framed in the said case. It is the allegation of the prosecution that the applicant had ravished his own daughter Ms.X, who was hardly 15 years old at the time of incident.
