By the order impugned, the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bhiwandi, has allowed the application filed by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 under order 1 rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in a suit filed by the petitioners for injunction. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

Perusal of the order impugned reveals that both the parties are claiming to be in possession of the suit shop. The trial Court was, therefore, justified in allowing the application filed by the respondent Nos.1 and 2. No interference is called for in the order impugned. The petition is dismissed.
