We are informed by Shri Sagar Mane, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents that after the impugned order was passed, the Respondent have filed an application seeking review of that order. The MAT, after hearing both the sides, had modified the said order. Hence, this petition has become infructuous. Reserving the right of the Petitioner to challenge the
2/2 (WP 7221 of 2015) order dated 26.6.2015 passed in Misc. Application No. 120 of 2015. Copy of the modified order dated 26.6.2015 tendered by the learned counsel for the Respondents is taken on record.

It is clarified that since this order was passed without giving notice to the Respondents -Petitioners herein, liberty is granted to them to file a fresh petition.
