The order of detention impugned in the petition does not survive because it stands revoked by the Government of Maharashtra, Department of Home. The order of revocation dated 22nd March, 2017 was not known to the petitioner when this petition was filed on 10th March, 2017. We take a copy of the order of revocation on record and mark it `X' for identification. In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition and it is disposed of.
