Mr.Deo has tendered a letter dated 3.2.2017 addressed to him by petitioners No.2 and 3 annexing therewith death certificate of petitioner No.1 Rambhau, which is taken on record and marked 'X collectively', for identification. By this letter, the petitioners No.2 and 3 have stated that petitioner No.1 Rambhau had died on 17.10.2016 and requested Mr.Deo to withdraw the petition as they are not interested in prosecuting the petition. 4.

In view thereof, Mr. Deo seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. On the motion made by Mr.Deo, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed of as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
