2. Heard Mr. Jaybhay, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1; Mr. Wable, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.4, 5a to 5d and Ms. Nimbalkar, learned AGP for the State.

3. One last opportunity is given to the Petitioners to remain present. It is clarified that if the Petitioners do not remain present on the next adjourned date, this Court shall pass an appropriate order in the present Petition.

4. Respondents are directed by this Court to reconstruct a fresh Writ Petition brief in the Writ Petition and file the same in the Registry of this Court within a period of two weeks from today. Registry of this Court shall permit reconstruction of brief and the orders and place the same before the Court on the next adjourned date.

5. Stand over to 01st February, 2024."
