After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the peculiar facts and the age of the prosecutrix, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. 2.

Learned APP informs that charge is framed and as such, the trial has commenced. Since the charge is framed, learned Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible in any event within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
