It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner on instructions that an application has been made before the Family Court for interim custody of the minor daughter Ruhi Chavan. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. It is made clear that I have not made any observations on merits of the controversy involved.

The application for interim custody be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
