1] Heard learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2] This appeal is against the interim order passed by the trial Court on 25th January 2016 in Notice of Motion No.1545 of 2015 in S.C. Suit No. 7193 of 2005.

3] It is submitted by learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the suit is almost at the stage of conclusion, as the recording of evidence is also more or less completed except for cross-examination of one witness. Therefore, there is no reason to keep this appeal pending.

4] In view thereof, the Appeal along with Civil Application stand disposed of having become infructuous.
