Mr Shah confirms that the decretal amount of Rs. 2,56,436.28 with accrued interest has been deposited. The appeal is against a decree in a summary suit.

The present civil application seeks condonation of 182 days delay in filing the present first appeal. The delay is explained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the civil application. The 2nd applicant who is attending the matter is not ordinarily resident in India, and there was a delay in applying for the certified copy. The delay is condoned.
