1] An affidavit in reply is presented on behalf of Respondent No.1 on 2nd May, 2018 and in Paragraph Nos.4 and 5 it is recorded thus :

"4. I say that, for this online transfer process, the information of selection category of a teacher is also required for the purpose to transfer the teacher on same categorized post. Further, I say and submit that present online computerised online system is linked with SARAL online system which developed by School Education and Sport Department. This SARAL online system includes individual data of Zilla Parishad teachers. Information about the selection category of teachers is also includes in SARAL system.

5. I say and submit that, present teachers online transfer system is developed by Rural Development Department, Government of Maharashtra based and linked with SARAL system. Therefore the information about selection category of a teacher which is available in SARAL portal is taken over for inter-district transfers and on the basis of this information Rural Development Department is processing the inter-district transfers which is likely to happen in May, 2018".
