By this interim application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 46 days in filing the application and prays for setting aside of the order dated 25th November, 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the Family Court Appeal for non removal of office objections.

9-ia2194-20.doc for not removing the office objections are satisfactorily explained in the interim application and are accepted.

The interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the condition that all the office objections would be removed within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) on 25th November, 2019 to stand restored and the relief granted by this Court to stand vacated. 4.

The interim application is disposed of on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
