At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant concedes that, since the provisions of The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 are invoked, proper remedy is filing of appeal under section 14-A of the said Act. He prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file appropriate proceeding.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdraw with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
