The learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. The learned counsel further submit that the Applicant is behind bar more than 3 years. Yet charges have not been framed. Hence, direction be given to the Trial Court to frame the charge and proceed with the trial.

The Trial Court is requested to frame the charge's against all the accused as early as possible within two months after receipt of this order and expedite the trial. If there is no substantial progress in the trial, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for bail.
