Applicant-wife seeks quashing of RCC No.561/2017 on the file of JMFC, Pimpri. The counsel for respondent no.2-complainant has no objection. He further submits that respondent no.2 has still not arrived at Court.

In view of the Consent Terms and no objection, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
