This is an application under section 29-A (4 ) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Both learned counsel state that the Arbitrator has already examined one witness. The petitioners second witness is now being examined. It is stated that the reference is now scheduled to be heard on 27 th March, 2021.

Accordingly time to complete Arbitration proceeding is extended by six months from today.

Both learned counsel state that once schedule of dates are fixed neither of the parties will apply for adjournment before the Sole Arbitrator. 3.

Petition is disposed in the above terms.
