The Applicant has sought transfer of the Divorce Petition No.281 of 2015 pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara to Civil Judge, Senior Division Malshiras. The learned counsel for the Respondent states that he has instructions to make a statement that the Respondent has no objection for grant of transfer as sought. In view of this position Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). It is open to the parties to make a request to the learned Civil Judge, for expeditious disposal of the matrimonial proceedings which are pending.
